Agentforce Enhancements

1. Agentforce SDR Agent

  • The SDR agent automatically sends an email to the prospect, and the limit that existed for this purpose was small. The number of emails an SDR agent can send per day is increased to 9800 from 1800.
  • Sales teams can quickly understand how effective SDR outreach is for moving leads to the critical meeting milestone. The number of prospects who book a meeting by clicking a scheduling link in an SDR email is now visible in the Control Center.
  • Multi-agent for nurturing the leads. Each agent that targets different groups with increased efficiency, higher email limits.

2. Agentforce Sales Coach

  • Preview coaching scenarios in a runtime-like environment by presenting or conducting role-plays and receiving feedback from Agentforce Sales Coach. Make sure agent performance is as intended and the feedback is well structured, accurate, and effective before activating a scenario for your team.
  • This feels more like a test where we used to give prompts in the preview builder and test the agent. A better and efficient way to test before activating.
  • No language barrier to coach the agents. It’s now available in multiple languages.

3. Agentforce Seller Agent

What will it be if the agent manages the pipeline, and you can sit and relax? That’s what Agentforce Seller Agent does.

With Agentforce Pipeline Management, the agent reviews recent calls, emails, and notes associated with opportunities in Salesforce to suggest updates to opportunity fields such as Next Step or Stage. Sellers can review and approve the changes, or you can configure the agent to make updates on their behalf. The agent’s suggestions and updates are available in Pipeline Inspection.

Einstein Enhancements

1. Einstein for Sales

Researching customer details, their performance in the market will help an account manager to make better decisions for deals based on that account.

Now Einstein will do it for you –

Research and compile answers to key strategic questions with one click. Then, automatically update account and account plan fields, saving time and boosting your ability to grow and retain customer relationships.

2. Einstein Record Summary

Quickly summarize an account, contact, lead, or opportunity record and view key details briefly with Einstein Summary. Get the information you need easily with one click. Then dive into the details, ask follow-up questions, or act by continuing the conversation with Agentforce.

It’s able to perform the actions that were done by “Record Summary Prompt Template” without a standard template.

How to enable – It’s enabled by default with Agentforce for sales

Permissions required – Einstein for Service Innovations, Einstein Sales Summaries User

How to add in UI – Add component “Einstein Summary” in the Lightning record page.

3. Einstein Conversation Insights

  • Search and filter key points from the conversation

This feature enables you to search the conversation content easily using a specialized search tool in Einstein Conversation Insights.

Conversation Search includes keyword and semantic search functionality, so users can search for exact terms or words that are closely related. ECI users can combine searches with other filters to find the exact calls they’re looking for.

Permissions Required – Data Cloud, Einstein Conversation Insights

How to enableSetup, enter Einstein Conversation Insights in the Quick Find box, and then select General Settings. Then enable Turn On Conversation Search.

  • Out of the Box Flows to draft emails based on insights

Based on conversation insights, we have 2 OOTB flows that will draft emails with meeting minutes

Templates –

  • Get Call Transcripts to Ground Data for Email – Retrieves the call transcript for a voice or video call and builds a set of grounding data for email prompts.
  • Post Call Recap Emails – Send a recap of a call as an email to internal users who participated in the call.

How to enable – Setup → Einstein Conversation Insights  → Enable ECI flows

Quicker transcripts using the action Get Conversation Transcript in the flow builder.

  • Sales Signals

Want to see more details about your team’s sales conversations? Now you can see topics and trends related to common questions from reps and customers. Select Question in Sales Signals to see dashboards and relevant metrics about questions sorted by topic.

Permissions – Sales Signals permission set

To bring up topics related to questions, select the Signals tab in the Conversation Insights app.

Select a Question for the category and then choose Asked by Rep or Asked by Customer for the subcategory to show a dashboard of relevant conversations.
