If you work with Salesforce, Dreamforce 2026 will be the one event worth attending. Not because of the scale of thousands of Salesforce professionals in San Francisco across three days is hard to ignore, but because of what you walk away with. A clearer picture of where the platform is heading. Conversations that actually move your career forward.
This year, Dreamforce will run from September 15–17, 2026, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco and virtually on Salesforce+, with the confirmed theme of Becoming an Agentic Enterprise. This guide covers the key dates, ticket prices, registration, and expectations for Dreamforce 2026.
What Is Dreamforce 2026?
Dreamforce 2026 is Salesforce’s 23rd annual flagship conference and the world’s largest CRM and enterprise AI event. It draws thousands of attendees from 140+ countries and packs 1,600+ sessions, including keynotes, breakouts, workshops, and roundtables, into three days at Moscone Center.
Beyond the sessions, there’s Dreamfest, the annual benefit concert that has raised over $130 million for UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals; the Dreampitch competition; a massive partner expo; and enough networking activity to take over the entire SoMa district.
Dreamforce 2026 Dates, Location & Venue
The key facts
| Detail | Info |
|---|---|
| Dates | September 15–17, 2026 |
| Venue | Moscone Center (North, South & West), 747 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94103 |

Marc Benioff has committed to keeping Dreamforce in San Francisco for at least two more years. You can set aside any speculation about a location change. The event does not stay inside Moscone either. Partner events, community meetups, Dreamfest, and side dinners fill the entire SoMa district. Plan your days around that geography.
Dreamforce 2026 Registration Details
Registration is open now. Here is how the pricing breaks down:
| Pass Type | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Early Bird | $999 | Save ~$1,300 — available until May 14, 2026 |
| Full Conference | ~$2,299 | Standard price after early bird closes |

Need manager sign-off? Salesforce has a tool on the registration page called Ask Agentforce that generates a personalised approval letter based on your role and goals. It is genuinely useful.
How to Register for Dreamforce 2026
Registration is straightforward. Here is how it works, step by step:
Step 1: Visit the Registration Page:
Go to salesforce.com/dreamforce and click the “Register Now” button at the top right.
Step 2: Login or Create a Trailblazer Account:
You need a Salesforce Trailblazer account to register. If you already have one, log in. If not, creating a free account takes under two minutes. Your Trailblazer account is the same login you use for Trailhead, Salesforce+, and all Salesforce events — you only need to create it once.
Step 3: Select Your Pass:
Early Bird ($999 until May 14), Full Conference (~$2,299), Group ($799/person for five or more), or the free Salesforce+ Virtual Pass. If five or more people from your team are going, the group rate saves over $7,500.
Step 4: Fill in Your Details:
Complete the registration form with your name, job title, company, and contact details. At this stage, you will also be offered hotel rooms from Salesforce’s reserved block. Book here — inventory is limited, and the savings versus the open market are significant.
Step 5: Complete Your Payment:
Enter your payment details and confirm. If your organisation uses purchase orders, contact Salesforce about enterprise billing before completing this step.
Step 6: Check Your Email:
A confirmation email arrives within minutes. It contains your full booking summary, badge information, and access instructions for the Salesforce Events app. Keep this email. It is also your starting point for building your personalised session agenda when Agenda Builder goes live closer to September.
Want to Speak at Dreamforce 2026?
The Dreamforce 2026 Call for Participation is open now. The submission deadline is May 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PT — sooner than most people realise.
Tracks are open for Developers, Admins, Architects, and more. You do not need to be a seasoned speaker. Salesforce provides coaching, slide review, and rehearsal support to all accepted speakers. If you have solved a real problem or learned something the hard way, that is a session.
What gets through: technical depth, real implementations, honest lessons (including what went wrong), and clear takeaways. Polished demos of basic features do not make it.
From the official CFP guidelines:
- Title: 60 characters maximum. Start with a verb. Name the product or technology. Example: “Using Parallel Subscriptions to Help with Your Agents”
- Abstract: 200 characters maximum. Be accurate and specific, save the creative writing for elsewhere.
- Track selection: Choose the right audience (Administrator, Developer, Architect). Submissions to the wrong track may not be reviewed properly.
Formats: Breakout (45 min, up to 3 presenters, includes Q&A) or Theater (20 min, up to 2 presenters, show floor, no formal Q&A).
Speakers whose proposals are accepted receive a complimentary pass to the conference. If you have already purchased a pass, Salesforce will either refund your payment or transfer the pass to another individual. You will also be added to a dedicated Slack channel exclusively for speakers, where you will find essential preparation resources and deck templates. Salesforce does not cover travel or accommodation expenses. Please confirm that you can attend the conference before submitting your proposal.
If your proposal is not selected, it does not reflect poorly on the quality of your submission; the selection process is designed to balance across tracks and topics. Community conferences and local Trailblazer User Groups may also serve as excellent alternatives for you.
Can’t Make It to San Francisco? Watch DF26 Free on Salesforce+
Salesforce+ streams keynotes and selected sessions for registered virtual attendees at no cost. All you need is a free Trailblazer account.
What’s included: the main keynote live, product keynotes live, and selected sessions live. Session recordings stay on Salesforce+ for months after the event. Virtual attendees can work through the content at their own pace rather than trying to catch everything in three days.
Things Worth Knowing Before You Go
- Start with the keynote: That is where Salesforce makes its major product announcements. Everything else is context. Be in the room or on the stream for that one.
- Limit yourself to just four or five sessions a day.: Dreamforce has 1,600+ sessions spread across multiple buildings. Walking between them, waiting in queues, and bumping into the right person in a hallway all take time. Over-scheduling is the #1 first-timer mistake.
- Book your hotel the day Registration opens: The Salesforce hotel block near Moscone fills within days. What remains on the open market runs two to three times the normal rate.
- Download the Salesforce Events app: It is how you manage your agenda, navigate venues, and connect with other attendees. Have it set up before you land.
Dreamforce 2026: The Bottom Line
Dates: September 15–17, 2026. Venue: Moscone Center, San Francisco. Theme: Agentic Enterprise. Session and speaker details will arrive throughout the summer of 2026; we will update this page as they are available.
If you are going, register before May 14 and book your hotel at the same time. If you are speaking, the CFP closes May 27.
